THE Olympics of Giving Back
June 27th
Social Friday brings people together to volunteer on the same day, worldwide. On June 27th, teams in 50+ cities will turn their Fridays into a force for good.
Fridays Are Wasted.
Let’s Change That.
Did you know Fridays are the least productive day of the week? People lose focus and companies lose money—more than $1.9 trillion every year.*
Instead of letting those hours slip away, join us on June 27th and turn them into community impact.
Recognized by Fast Company, TED Talks, and Angela Merkel, Social Friday is redefining what Fridays can be. Will you join the global shift?

We call it the Olympics of Giving Back because it’s a coordinated, global event—on the next Match Day (June 27th, 2025), teams in different cities and countries will step up, take action, and create a ripple effect of generosity and engagement.
You choose a cause, rally your team, and take part in a project that makes a difference. No long-term commitments, no bureaucracy—just meaningful action in a single afternoon. Claim your spot here.

Why Fridays? Why not another day?
Everyone knows Friday afternoons are unproductive. Meetings get pushed to Monday, emails go unanswered, and focus drops. Research from Texas A&M University shows that unproductive Fridays cost businesses over $1.9 trillion every year.
Instead of wasting that time, Social Friday turns it into something meaningful. It’s better for employees, better for businesses, and better for the world.
