Our mission is to reinvent Fridays and question the status quo of the least productive time of the week.
One of our guiding principles is a deep belief that a person can enjoy success and happiness, in small part, when the society around them thrives. Therefore, our shared mission is to enable individuals and companies to address social and environmental issues collaboratively while creating positive change to our communities. We admire companies and entrepreneurs that collectively give back to society in ways that create positive impact. We admire projects that nourish awareness and individual senses of agency, leading toward a world that is better for everyone.
Collective action leads to positive, shared outcomes. Our vision is a global celebration of social engagement! We call this collaborative and highly impactful activity Social Friday. We created Social Friday as both a platform and a community for all who choose to give their time for togetherness and challenge the status quo of unproductive, wasteful Friday afternoons. Through Social Friday events, novel partnerships are created where individuals from all walks of life can work together for people and for place.

Why we do it
Awareness is the spark plug for change. Only if we are aware of the need, do we consider contributing. We have an unwavering commitment to promoting social responsibility in our communities. It’s what we do every day to maximize positive impact and to get more people involved in our community, in our society, and across the globe.
We organize Social Friday events, generate questions as a foundation for answers and raise awareness.
Finally, we do it because it feels good.
