Visit from the Canadian Embassy to Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro
We’re gaining more and more support every day and this time from no other than the Canadian Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia.
The Social Friday team met with Mr. François Lavertue, Counsellor and Consul for the Embassy to discuss our amazing initiative.
We are very proud to learn that word is spreading all over the world and we were delighted to be able to hand over the Christmas gift for Mr. Lavertue to pass on to Canadian Prime Minister, respected Mr. Justin Trudeau (JT), whom we consider one of the most socially active public figures with enormous influence on positive change.
Meeting Mr. Lavertue for the first time, the team was able to give him the full run down on what Social Friday is and how we plan to roll out the movement across many more countries as we continue to grow.
